We send our condolences to Nancy's family. We are so startled and sad to hear of Nancy's death. She cared for our two cats, Gabriel and Raphael who are now deceased. Nancy was a wonderful pet sitter and a wonderful person. We are grateful to have been touched by her life. We are so sorry.

I am shocked and saddened by the news about Nancy and extend my deepest sympathies to everyone in the family. Although I hadn’t spent time with Nancy recently I have only good thoughts and feelings about what a special person she was.
We met many years ago when Marisa and Jamie were newborns and I was looking for a housecleaner. Not only did Nancy help me with the housecleaning, our daughters developed a friendship and she cared for my pets for so many years. When she was here, we always found time to chat and vent about motherhood, husbands, parents, pets and whatever other subjects came up. I also recall how thrilled she was to welcome grandchildren into her life and it was my pleasure to meet some of them. She was a kind, sincere loving woman who always managed to look at the bright side of things and roll with the punches when something was bothering her.
In Nancy’s honor, it was a tough choice to decide who to make a donation to.. trees, animals, children.. all things so important in her life. With all the fires destroying forests on the west coast I settled on a program called Plant a Billion Trees run by a nonprofit organization I have confidence in, the Nature Conservancy. I hope this donation and my condolences help just a little to ease the pain of your loss.
Best wishes and hugs from Claudia Gorman Schachner

Nancy was a very good friend since kindergarten. We shared alot of memories of great times spent at Trinity Church Youth Fellowship (retreats at Camp Epworth, trips to Philadelphia and Boston, car washes, and the Fri. nite coffeehouse.) I hadn't seen or talked to her in many years, but I will always remember her as a kind, caring person who could always be counted on. Her love of animals was immeasurable. I only regret that we had lost track of each other. My sincere condolences to all of her family (including her brother, David.) May you rest in peace, Nancy.... Janice Glass
